    Our collective services offer various Gift Cards and gift codes for purchase, which are issued and activated by participating third-party retailers and vendors. Please note that the purchase of each Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions established by the issuing vendor in addition to these Terms: Vendors may set expiration dates and other restrictions and requirements depending on the applicable law of your jurisdiction and the promotional nature of certain Gift Cards. It is important that you review and familiarize yourself with all applicable Vendor terms prior to purchasing any Gift Card. If you have any questions regarding the applicable Vendor terms, please contact the issuing Vendor. As issuers of the Gift Cards, Vendors are fully responsible for all aspects of their Gift Card programs, including any Liabilities suffered by you or any other customer caused by such Vendors or their products or services. Coinpaybox has no liability for the sale of products or services to you by a Vendor through the use of any Gift Card, and you will need to contact the Vendor for any remedy in connection with the foregoing. You waive and release Coinpaybox and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any Liabilities arising from or related to any act or omission of a Vendor in connection with a Gift Card it provides. Please also note that neither Coinpaybox nor any Vendor is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

    Coinpaybox offers various payment methods for the purchase of Gift Cards with Cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, ETH). Unless otherwise stated, the full purchase price of the Gift Card will be charged at the time Coinpaybox delivers the Gift Card to you. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize Coinpaybox to charge the purchase to that payment method. When you provide payment information, you authorize Coinpaybox (or a third-party payment processor) to process and store your payment and related information.

    When you purchase a Gift Card through our Services, the amount you pay does not include any sales, value-added, or use taxes. These taxes may be charged separately by the applicable Vendor at the time you use the Gift Card to purchase products or services from them. Please note that the responsibility to pay these taxes falls solely on you as the purchaser and user of the Gift Card.

    Upon purchasing a Gift Card, it is essential to activate it by following the instructions provided. Without activation, the Gift Card will not function. The activated Gift Card will be accessible within 60 seconds. However, if it takes more than 60 seconds to activate, you can contact us at support@coinpaybox.com for assistance.

    Once a purchase of a Gift Card is made through the Services, it is considered final and non-returnable or non-refundable. In the event that a Gift Card does not work, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to either refund you the purchase price of the Gift Card or replace the defective Gift Card with another Gift Card from the same Vendor, or products or services that have the same value.     We strive to provide accurate and error-free information on our Services, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, Gift Card or Vendor information, or pricing information are completely accurate, reliable, current, or free of errors. In case of an error, including but not limited to errors on our Services, in order confirmations, or in processing Gift Card purchases, we reserve the right to correct such error and adjust your order accordingly, including charging the correct price, or cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

    We reserve the right to review, postpone, or cancel the purchase of any Gift Card at our discretion. If we suspect or receive a claim that a Gift Card was fraudulently purchased or unauthorised, we may cancel the Gift Card immediately and recover any associated costs. By using our services, you authorise us to share information with law enforcement authorities to investigate any claim of fraud. If we determine that your Enrolment is fraudulent, we may suspend it immediately and any pending Gift Cards or transactions may also be suspended. Additionally, the Issuer of the Gift Card may also take action based on their policies and the terms and conditions of the Gift Card regarding fraud and abuse.

    Coinpaybox will not be held liable for any damages, costs, or liabilities resulting from the loss or theft of any Gift Cards or any act or omission of a Gift Card Vendor. Please note that Gift Cards can only be used on their respective marketplaces and cannot be used as a form of payment for other purposes such as loans, mortgages, physical goods, IRS payments, etc. We strictly prohibit the purchase of our gift cards for anything other than their intended use.
